Use a wireless printer. Many inkjet and laser printers today come as a wireless version. So it means that the printer can be shared from anywhere within the building without cables getting in the say. You can even get machines that combine printer, scanning, photocopying and faxing in either inkjet or laser.

You can do this by putting a shortcut to them on the desktop. This means that on your desktop you will see the icon for (ie) Holidays Folder. And when you double click on that it brings you straight into your holiday folder. So how do you set this up? First Remember it is good practise to keep your documents, pictures, etc stored in sub folders in your My Documents Folder. To set up the shortcut, find the folder or document you want (ie) Holidays, then rightclick the folder, and from the drop down menu, select Send To, this opens another list, and here select ‘Desktop’ send shortcut. Now on your desktop will be an icon representing that item. By clicking on that icon you will open the item.
